To make an appointment. Please call our office during normal business hours to schedule appointments. However, if you are unable to do this please feel free to leave a message after the office has closed and we will return your call the next business day. If you are visiting our office for the first time, please bring any dental insurance information to your appointment. We will be happy to check for orthodontic coverage and answer any questions that you may have. Also, please download a copy of the exam card prior to your initial consultation, fill out the medical history, and bring it with you to your appointment. This will expedite the examination process.
